1. Service Scope
We provide professional pressure washing services for residential and commercial properties. Our work includes exterior cleaning, driveway decontamination, and industrial surface restoration. All services are performed to the highest technical standards.
2. Equipment & Safety
We utilize high-pressure equipment and professional-grade cleaning solutions. Our technicians are trained and certified to operate all machinery safely. We are not liable for any damage caused by improper use of equipment by the client.
3. Payment & Cancellation
All services are billed in advance. Cancellations must be made at least 24 hours prior to the scheduled service date. Late payments may incur a 10% administrative fee. We reserve the right to cancel services if the property is uncleanable due to weather.
4. Limitation of Liability
Grime Out Pressure Washing LLC is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our services. We are not responsible for any damage to property that is not directly related to the cleaning process.
5. Governing Law
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Georgia. Any disputes arising from the use of our services will be resolved through binding arbitration in Atlanta, Georgia.
